• Post-installation support and warranty services

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided are estimates based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary following a detailed site survey. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to VAT at the current rate
• Pricing may be subject to change based on site-specific requirements
• Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately

4. Orders & Payment

A deposit is required to confirm your order and secure a build slot. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your order confirmation. We accept various payment methods, and full payment details will be provided upon order confirmation.

5. Installation & Timescales

Installation timescales are provided as estimates and may be subject to change due to weather conditions, site access issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any changes to the agreed schedule.

6. Planning Permission & Building Regulations

While we provide guidance on planning permission and building regulations, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure all necessary permissions are obtained prior to installation. We can assist with planning applications where required.

7. Warranty

All Season Garden Rooms provides a comprehensive 10-year structural warranty on our garden room installations. Warranty terms and conditions will be provided with your order confirmation. The warranty covers structural integrity but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to maintain the building in accordance with our care guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

All Season Garden Rooms shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the specific services provided.

9. Intellectual Property
