3. Design & Proposal
We create a bespoke design and detailed fixed-price quotation for your approval.
You'll receive 3D visualizations and a transparent quote with no hidden costs. We iterate until it's perfect.
4. Booking & Deposit
Secure your installation slot with a 10% deposit. We order materials and schedule the team.
We provide a confirmed start date. We handle all material logistics so you don't have to worry about a thing.
5. Installation
Our in-house team builds your room. We install all our garden rooms on high-quality helical ground screws — supplied and installed by our sister company, MW Ground Screws Ltd. Most builds are watertight in 2 days and finished in 2-3 weeks.
From ground screws to final painting, our polite and tidy team handles everything efficiently.
6. Handover
Final quality check, cleaning, and handover of keys. Your 10-year warranty begins.
We walk you through the features, heating controls, and maintenance tips before leaving you to enjoy your space.
