Because our SIPs are precision-manufactured off-site, the main structure of your room goes up incredibly quickly. You'll see the shape of your new room emerge in just a couple of days.
Step 3: Cladding and Roofing
We wrap your room in a breathable membrane and install your chosen cladding—cedar, composite, or larch. At the same time, our EPDM rubber roofing system is applied for long-lasting weather protection.
Step 4: Interior Finish
Our team plasters, paints, and installs flooring, electrics, and heating. We leave your room turnkey ready—just plug in your furniture and enjoy!
